Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all orders and returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product. The item must be unused and undamaged and include all original packaging. We do not offer exchanges. We suggest you return the original item(s), and begin a new purchase of the desired one.

To initiate the refund process please email us at hello@apressoul.com. You will receive a response within 3 business days.

Once your returned item has been received, we will email you to confirm your refund. The refund will apply to your original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days.
